Letter from the Principal of DePaul

Spring 2012

We have much to be proud of here at DePaul Catholic High School.

Our class sizes are small and very conducive to creating a successful learning environment. We have a caring and dedicated professional staff that is committed to our students’ success.

Our students' SAT scores remain above state and national norms. DPCHS students enrolled in our AP English, Math, Social Studies, Studio Art and Spanish classes continue to receive outstanding scores on the AP tests.

The Class of 2011 received over $13 million in scholarships. 99% of that class is now attending prestigious colleges and universities throughout the US. The Class of 2012 is continuing that tradition and received acceptances into such outstanding institutions as Cornell, NYU, Purdue, and Rutgers to name a few.

Our pride also comes from the fine way our students conduct themselves on a daily basis. They never cease to amaze us with their respectful behavior and attendance at Masses, their show of mutual respect to their peers and the staff of DePaul Catholic, and their overall kindness and goodness to all.

DPCHS students continue to participate individually and within groups in service projects in the larger community. They enjoy our fine arts program and many perform in our dramatic production and musical each year, as well as the many sports and activities we offer. They are truly a group of students who have come together from various backgrounds and communities to form a family dedicated to learning and growing.
