The Application Process

Becoming a Spartan Starts with your Application

If you are applying for our 8th Grade Preparatory Program:

  • Limited space available.
  • Complete the Online Application including submitting the $25 application fee
  • Provide transcripts from 6th and 7th grade, including any standardized test scores. 

If you are applying for Grade 9:

Academic Scholarships (9th Grade Applicants Only)

Any student who would like to be considered for an Academic Scholarship must sit for an Academic Scholarship Exam and Interview. Prior to this, all applicants must have submitted an application to DePaul Catholic, submitted transcripts from 6th, 7th and the first marking period of 8th, and sent in a teacher recommendation.

If you are applying as a Transfer Student:

  • Applications are accepted on a rolling basis
  • Acceptance depends on space availability
  • Complete an Online Application including submitting the $25 application fee
  • Submit transcripts for the entire time the student has been in high school. Send to admissions@dpchs.org.
  • Have an interview with members of the Administration.

Tuition Assistance

To be considered for Tuition Assistance all applicants must:

  • Tuition Assistance will be reviewed by the Tuition Assistance Committee. Please email admissions@dpchs.org for more details.

Admission Requirements

  • English Proficiency Test Results. S.L.E.P/ Junior TOEFL
  • Zoom Interview
  • Completed DePaul Catholic Application
  • 3 Year Academic History (including current grade report)

Please note that DePaul Catholic High School does not place students with the host families.
