DePaul Catholic High School Gala

Receiving the Apostle of Charity award, presented to those who have made extraordinary contributions to DePaul Catholic, will be Christa Hoeher Reddy, Esq., a member of the Class of 1972 and of DePaul’s Board of Trustees, in recognition of her tireless devotion, over many years, to the school’s welfare.  Five other alumni, one from each of DePaul’s first five decades, will be honored with the Distinguished Alumni Award, given to those who have used their DePaul education as a springboard to professional success. Together, they make for an impressive group.  Father John Tarantino, ‘68, a priest of the Diocese of Paterson and a former DePaul faculty member, is the Administrator of Resurrection Parish in Randolph, New Jersey. Dr. Trish O’Keefe, a member of the Class of 1976, is the President of Morristown Medical Center and Vice President of Atlantic Health System.  Representing the 1980s will be Debbie DuHaime, ‘80, a reporter with “iHeartMedia.” Also to be honored is the Honorable Andre Sayegh, ‘92, the Mayor of the City of Paterson, and Tara Palmeri, ‘05, a White House correspondent for ABC News.

DePaul Catholic, “large enough to challenge, small enough to care,” has educated thousands of young women and men since its founding over 60 years ago.  Proceeds from the Gala will be dedicated to DePaul’s mission to foster the spiritual, intellectual, physical and social growth of its students.
