DP Spartans support Wounded Warriors

On June 14th, ten DePaul students participated in the Knights of Columbus Wounded Warriors Tank Pull. Their team name was "DePaul Catholic H.S.- Star-Bangled Spartans". These students were inspired and are looking forward to starting a Wounded Warrior Project club in school and we are excited about what lies ahead. As one senior commented, "we have learned at school that a Spartan is a person of great courage and self-discipline. These Wounded Warriors embody this exact spirit."

On Tuesday, June 2, 2015, DePaul Catholic graduated 157 talented young men and women. World Language Honor Society inducts 46 new members

Representing the academic success of our students in the study of French, Spanish or Italian; the World Language Honor Society inducts members of the Junior Class each year. These students pledge to continue their study of French, Spanish, or Italian Language and Culture while working to fulfill the mission and goals of this Academic Honor Society. Congratulations to the recipients of this distinguished honor and accomplishment.

DePaul Junior Awarded Grant to Study Engineering

Kaylyn Atkins, Class of 2016, has been awarded a grant to the Manhattan College Engineering Summer Institute this July. The four-day session is a hands-on program that allows students to explore engineering and is sponsored by Manhattan's School of Engineering. Kaylyn is an Honor Student at DePaul Catholic and is passionate about service to others.

Spartans shine on Service Trip

DePaul Catholic students and faculty recently completed a service trip to the St. Vincent DePaul Center for Young Adults in Philadelphia, PA. The students worked on a variety a projects that benefited the students and young adults served by the organization.
