Jump-start your fitness goals in the new year with our Total Body Wellness Program!

Beginning January 5th, students and faculty may participate in an 8-week after-school journey focused on strength & conditioning, nutrition, mindfulness, mobility, and recovery.

Student Training: Mondays & Tuesdays

Faculty Training: Thursdays
